DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! Previously restricted to local Australian orders, we’ve recently expanded our international offering and are now able to ship WORLDWIDE!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in Brisbane, Australia. We source the funnest & cutest pooch products that you and your best friend can enjoy, working with pooch lovers all around the world to find you the best goodies and deals! 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
Yes! International orders will have local tracking updates available once landed at a USPS sorting facility. When your package is through Air Transit (approx 10 business days currently) just shot us a message and our shipping team will get back to you asap.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER? 
Due to order sizes and varying stock levels in our warehouse, your order may be sent in multiple packages. Rest assured, they are fulfilled together within 3 business days and will arrive shortly after each other!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER? 
Please contact us at 
 hello@playfulpoochboutique.com where our shipping team can track down your order through the relevant courier. Unfortunately, some delivery delays are out of our control during these times, however we will do our best to give you any update possible.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 
Please check the relevant process below for items that need exchanged:
1. Contact us first at 
hello@playfulpoochboutique.com if you have an inquiry or believe you received a wrong item/faulty product. We will be able to have the correct item/size sent out free of charge.
2. Contact us via Instagram DM or email if you need to change a size - We will be happy to help you get the pawfect size for your pooch with an easy exchange process! 
3. Include note of your order number, Instagram name & which products you are exchanging.
