Yes! Previously restricted to local Australian orders, we’ve recently expanded our international offering with our new International holdings warehouse located in Asia - This enables us to offer free or minimal shipping to all our furry friends near & far!
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Yes! International orders will have local tracking updates available once landed at a USPS sorting facility. When your package is through Air Transit (approx 10 business days) just shot us a message and our shipping team will get back to you asap.
Due to order sizes and varying stock levels in our warehouse, your order may be sent in multiple packages. Rest assured, they are fulfilled together within 3 business days and will arrive shortly after each other.
Please contact us at email@example.com where our shipping team can track down your order through USPS. Unfortunately, some delivery delays are out of our control, however we will do our best to give you any update possible. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have received a notice of non-delivery.
Although we cover shipping costs of your orders with us, returns postage costs are paid by the customer, and this non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipment option for easy tracking.
